Bruno Fernandes contracted to 2024
The 25-year old attacking midfielder has put his signature over a four-and-a-half-year deal with the Red Devils, keeping him at Old Trafford at least until the summer of 2024. Fernandes has been ever-present for Sporting this season, providing 8 goals and 7 assists in 18 games.
Since joining the Portuguese side in 2017, he’s played in a total of 137 matches, scoring 63 goals, and adding 52 assists towards his tally. Beforehand, Fernandes played in Italy for Sampdoria, Udinese, and Novara.
He’s a Portugal international with 19 appearances for his country. The transfer will see Fernandes ranked as one of the 20 most expensive players in football history.
