Proposed amendments to the bylaws of the Associated Press Sports Editors Feb. 28, 2009

 RESOLVED, that upon final adoption of this motion, the APSE bylaws are changed in the following manner:

Under MEMBERSHIP, change the dates and replace with the following:

Dues will be set by the Executive Committee and must be paid by Oct. 15. The fiscal year is June 1 through May 31.

This amendment shall take effect immediately upon final adoption.
