Dave Solomon, longtime sports columnist at the New Haven Register, died Saturday in a one-car accident on Interstate 91 in Cromwell, Conn.
Solomon was 59. He is survived by his wife and two daughters. He worked at the Register for more than 35 years. More on the story here.
