Job Wanted

Reporting internship March 14, 2011

Name: Chris Wells. Position sought: Sports Reporting Internship. E-mail: Christopher.wells@umontana.edu. Phone: 206-613-9064. I am a journalism student at The University of Montana and have done internships with Scout.com and the SeattlePI.com. With Scout, I covered the University of Washington men's basketball team and with the Seattle PI, I was the beat writer for the Seattle Storm and later the Seattle Sounders. I also did work with the Seattle Mariners and various sporting events. After the internships, I did freelance work with both the Seattle PI and The Seattle Times and have remained a contributor with Scout. On the college level, I was the sports editor and later the editor-in-chief at Highline Community College and I am now a copy editor at Montana. I would be willing to relocate anywhere for another internship opportunity.
