Help Wanted

Sports writer Oct. 11, 2011

The Decatur (Ala.) Daily is searching for a full-time sports writer to join our staff. The position will include high school sports coverage, desk work and a variety of local sports during the summer. Daily newspaper experience is preferred. We want someone who can handle extended feature and enterprise pieces as well as game coverage. Commitment to online journalism and social media is a must.
