Sarah Wheatley continues her recovery as former UPS driver is charged Dec. 23, 2009

A former United Parcel Service truck driver has been charged with three traffic violations in an Oct. 5 crash that killed Baltimore Sun business editor Tim Wheatley and severely injured his 9-year-old daughter, Baltimore County police said this week.
Wheatley was a longtime member of APSE and former second vice president of the organization. Sarah, Tim’s daughter, continues her recovery.
